Ketsugōkyōkiouseiryū is the manifested spirit of Seishin Ryugami's Zanpakutō.
Ketsugōkyōkiouseiryū wasn't always bound down to his world. Back then, he was a free spirit that had another ability. After a traumatic experience that happend to Seishin, he went berserk within his own world. Seishin had to subdue him in ord
Mi Ketsugōkyōkiouseiryū (Unbound Madness Voracious Dragon)
er for him to control Ketsugōkyōkiouseiryū. This led to the release of his bankai form.
During Bankai, Ketsugōkyōkiouseiryū is partially released. His chains are undone but his clothing in which the chains are attached to remain. This is prevent him from releasing all his powers all at once and losing control of himself. Because of this, Mi Ketsugōkyōkiouseiryū takes in the powers of others for his own use but that only pools inside his world. Seishin then can access this pool for his own benefit.
